New Partnership between FELM and TAKANA on Operational Support for Risk Management

TAKANA has entered into a framework agreement on Operational Support for Risk Management with Felm (Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission). The agreement covers accountability services, including complaints response mechanisms, investigations, risk management and capacity building.

Felm is an agency of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland for its international work, in church cooperation, development, peace and reconciliation, advocacy and emergency relief. Felm operates in 27 countries with more than 100 partner churches and organisations in Asia, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Latin America. As one of the largest Finnish civil society organisations working in global development, Felm also receives funding from Finland’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs and European Union.

Takana is a Finnish organization that was established in 2018 to provide high-quality, flexible and truly comprehensive security and risk management services that combine expertise, a service-driven mindset, and efficiency. Organizational Reliability- service line was established in early 2022 to support the development of accountability and transparency for ethical business conduct.
